Please help! Code redemption failure!

I recently inputted a 7 day trial code and it says "congrats u have gold", and after that I still cannot play online or start parties etc etc? i used 2 of these 7 day trial codes thus far, and again, "congrats u now have xbl gold" but i cant access gold
features! or play online!! need help asap thankss

Please help me I need a new Redemption code for my xbox one because I got the name your game bundle and I did not get the game and I lost my redemption code so please help me

I attempted to redeem a code for fifa points from amazon (genuine retailer) which gave me a 25 digit code. I entered it in on my xbox app on my iphone and said it will be waiting for me in the store, i clicked the link to go to the store and the app just
stayed on a spinning circle for 10 minutes, i clicked off of the popup to redeem a code and there was nothing in the store. I checked my fifa companion app and it said 0 fifa points and i never recieved an email confirming my purchase. I tried entering the
code again and and it said it had already been redeemed. Can anyone help?
