Please help... can't sign in to 360

Got error code 8015D000 over a week ago & haven't been able to sign in to my 360 since.

Signed in to account.live.com & did the "send a code" thing but still couldn't sign in to 360.

Changed my password & now it gives me error code 8015D002.

Signed in to account.live.com again (password worked) & did the "send a code" thing again but still couldn't sign in to 360.

Changed my password again (password worked) & it still gives me error code 8015D002.

Two step verification is turned OFF.

I know my password is works because it works on account.live.com & Xbox one.

I have no alerts or suspicious activity.

Tried moving my profile from 1 storage device to another & that didn't work.

Tried deleting my profile & downloading profile but I can't download it now because error code 8015D002, email or password isn't correct, even though I know it is correct.

Can't sign in, Please help

Today i tried logging in on my [mod removed] gold account but it keeps popping up with this message " your xbox live membership information isn't valid. Please use a profile that contains a valid membership or recover your profile from Xbox
live" i tried to recover it but i can't remember the email or password i used to create it since i had for along time, I've been trying to log on for hours today, please help

If you don't remember your Live ID or password, you'll need to give phone support a call for further assistance. They can be reached at 800-4MY-XBOX.

 

May I suggest that you try the following, also to make your account hacking- and theft-proof.

Again sign in on Sign in to your Microsoft account

Turn Two Step Verification ON. If you own a smartphone, follow the instructions to get the free Authenticator App on your smartphone.

After you properly set up Two Step Verification, scroll down a bit more, and let that site create a so-called App Password.

Write that app password down, and go to your console.

Go to the far right to the settings hub, then go to the system tile in the upper left, and then to the storage options.

Highlight your harddrive and press the Y button. In the following menu, choose to clear the system cache, and repeat that process three times.

After that, try to download your profile, and when you're asked for your password use the App Password instead of your regular password.

That should usually do the trick.
