PLEASE HELP! CANT CHANGE COLOUR OR NAME

Hey there,

On the Xbox One console, does it give you an error code with that message?

Please try these methods below to try and resolve this problem.

Method 1 - Removing the Account and Clearing cache

Remove your account by going to:

1. Settings,
2. Account,
3. Select your Account,
4. Remove Account only,
5. and ok.

Then, press and hold the power button on the Xbox One until the Xbox Shuts down completely. Then wait about 10 seconds and turn it back on.

Sign back into your account by using the option "Add new Account" on the guide. Then try again to see if your able to customize the Xbox One console and change your name.

Method 2 - Change your name on the Xbox Website.

You can also change your Gamertag through the Xbox Website. To do this, please follow this link:
https://account.xbox.com/CustomizeProfile

If the link does not work, please:

1. Go to https://account.xbox.com
2. Select profile,
3. Select edit profile
4. Change gamertag

you cant change the colours every reticle got his own colour, stop wining it is just a fckin reticle colour... if you want to change it so bad go play BO1 again...

Probably because the first part of your name refers to race or skin colour.

which model Xbox is it,is the console in a well ventilated area? what colour light shows on the power brick
