im paying Xbox live, paying vip pass, doing ad farming all day and good internet lan wifi and all terms… no error code, no Microsoft support, all day trying to connect and is not my fault, criminal

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!

You don't need a lot after this issue, you have to clear the cache and everything works again

Window live support should help reset like jayhawk suggested. Try going on the website first and see if you can change it there, if not call their support number

First, if you need want to change the WLID associated with your gamertag and cannot do so by following the steps here:

support.xbox.com/.../manage-live-id then you will need to get in touch with phone support for your region. They will be able to assist you further with this matter.

Second, if you are having any further difficulties with your personal email, I would suggest getting in touch with support for your provider. They should be able to work with you to get the issue sorted.
