Please help! Cannot connect to internet

i tried all of the steps and no luck!! I get the error message the internet failed. I get connected to the network but not internet. I've reset the network settings and moved router right next to the xbox so there would be no interference. i am so bummed!!
My internet works fine on my laptop!

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!

 

cannot connect to wireless network

I can't connect to my wireless network. My internet works without problem on any other devices i have, unlike on my xbox. it says "cannot connect to DHPI server" and after that "cannot get an ip Adress". Please help!

 

I have a problem with my console, I hava a connection of ethernet cable, but I try to start secion but the xbox says I don´t have a cable connected, I conect my xbox in a other plase and says the same. I´m mexican, sorry if my eanglish

bxmdf, could you try a wired connection directly to your modem? This will help us determine if the router is the issue.

cristian cubo, are you also connecting directly to your modem, and not a router? Do other devices have issues connecting to your network?
