PLEASE HELP Black screen of Death

PLEASE HELP!!!

I just bought this Xbox One and it has BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH! It is NOT the one that just requires a hard reboot or any kind of reboot. I even tried the Offline Diagnosis Tool to try to update/reset to factory to no avail. When I do (using a flash drive
(NTFS)) holding "Bind + Eject ; then power on..." it just gives me the power down beep and sits on the black screen. Which is in LOW RES 640 x 480 60 HZ. As follows are the codes that end up saved on to my flash drive after each attempt in a notepad document.

Ooo and did I mention, the warranty sticker on the back has been completely removed? (which should have been a big indicator to me) So i'm guessing that even if I pay Microsoft the 115$ they wont fix it...

I can post pictures, videos, whatever is needed. Please help, someone out here is smart enough to help me fix this...

Green Screen Of Death, Black Screen HELP MEE

I was having this trouble this morning as well. Try unplugging the power from the back of the console and letting it sit for a few minutes then plugging it back in and trying again. The light on the power supply should go to amber when you unplug it from
the back of the machine. Then go back to white when you plug it back in.

I suggest you send it back to the shop you brought it from and they will replace it. You have just brought it so there should be no problem in doing so. It could just be a manufacturing defect.

There is a 120gb WD HDD in it!!!! I took it apart bc i am very savvy with computers and it doesn't even have a 500gb samsung in it!!! so whoever suckered me, really got me. Anyone know how to install Xbox OS on a new hdd??

ive changed hdmi cables and the cable is fine, I get the green xbox screen and then just a black screen at the end of it...no dashboard !!!!..i know its sending a signal because if I unplug hdmi cable the tv states no signal...

Thanks for the help,but unfortunatly it didn't help me.This happened immidiently after the update.When it automatically turned on the "No signal" from the screen dissapeard but after 5 mn it showed up again.The Ring with Lights on xbox360 didn't turn on(except
the middle one).

Cable is coming from tv right to the out plug, I go from ch.hdm1,component,ch.3 , vedeo 1&2
