    Please help.are you able to cancel transaction in the process of the download.


    So today I decided to get Madden 20 and I began to download it from the Xbox store.i had completed the transaction and the download had began but only like 1 minute into it.i then realised that madden 21 was coming out in a week or so and I was wondering if I can still cancel the transaction as I never actually downloaded the game nor even played it.Is there a way to do this?

    You should be able to manage that transaction to switch payment instruments in order to make the payment. It sounds like the transaction was never processed.

    why when I try to buy an Xbox gift card it takes my money, the order says "pending", then "cancelled" and my money is refunded?

    When that happens the recommended is wait up to 48 hours after the purchase. This allow the system to process the transaction

    Why is there no method to cancel an accidental purchase? Seriously?

    ummm that's because they are final transactions

    You can't just click buy

    It. Takes two clicks

    And with all online transactions they are labelled as final I'm not sure where you would get the idea there is a cancellation button other then cancel the download progress because it would be the first ever
