    If anyone has any answers to these questions I’d really appreciate the help. So I talked to xbox support several times last week and they couldn’t find an answer as to why this could be happening or how to fix it they all had
    the same options to fix it and nothing works. I explained that my ready to install games was at 150 and all of the sudden one day went down to 125. I said I know about hiding and unhiding games and that’s not the isssue, I also know about gamesharing which
    I do and my friend didn’t do anything wrong so that’s also not the issue. Everyone I talked to had the same suggestions which none of them worked. We tried hard reset, unplug console, deleting and re adding my account and my friends account, and factory reset
    and nothing worked. In fact after deleting and re adding my account it made my ready to install go even lower. Their only suggestion was that I should go on xbox.com and look at order history and also at my games and it should show every game I’ve purchased
    and every game I’ve claimed for free with gold. I’ve explained several times that I went through those lists and not only does it not show the free games at all, its showing some games that i dont own but my friend does. Yet they keep giving me that same stupid
    suggestion and they have no other option. They explained that it was sort of my fault that I should’ve been keeping track of all the games I’ve gotten over time so I’d know which ones I’m missing. Firstly that is horrible customer service blaming the customer
    who has spent hundreds of dollars on their products and been a loyal customer for years. And secondly the fact that they have no idea what could be causing this issue or the fact that they keep giving the same suggestions that don’t work makes me believe that
    no one at Microsoft/ xbox actually knows how their products work. I also explained to them that some I remember a couple games off hand that should be showing up in ready to install and aren’t so I searched them in the store and it says I can play with gold
    or buy to own. So I go to install it and it installs yet when I cancel the install so that the game would go into my ready to install like every other time it works it doesn’t show up. Again they have no idea why. I’m going to be very angry when some regular
    person has the correct answer to this problem yet several attempts to fix it with customer support only breeds frustration and amazement that they can’t fix this. Lastly I would like to publicly make it known that the girl who I last spoke to on the phone
    who yes tried to help and was very kind told me that she would email me so that I can email back with any further questions. Before I got off the phone I emailed back just to make sure it worked and she confirmed she got my email. So the very next day and
    the following 2 days after that I tried emailing them with no response AT ALL. Only today a week later I get an email not even in response to my email but just saying you can try going to account.microsoft.com and check purchase history to see all games purchased
    and claimed for free. Yes that’s the same stupid suggestion they game before that doesn’t work. Lol I can only laugh at how horrible of an experience that this is because xbox/Microsoft is losing major respect/credibility with me at this point. To anyone else
    experiencing this same issue and I’m sure there’s thousands of you someone please HELP!!!!! Sincerely, a very disgruntled/ maybe former customer.

    Yeah its definitely a bug that they have neglected for a couple years now and its unnacceptable for a company of their stature. I mean honestly this should not be happenning. And their only response for me to try is to go through every games with gold
    games from forever basically and check which ones arent showing up for me. So i guess if i want to fix it its up to me to go through all the hard work and figure it out myself.

    I can totally understand your frustration, but there definitely are a few workarounds / solutions for you here.

    1) Check this list of previous GWG games here then just download them from the store on your Xbox, from your computer/mobile device via Microsoft.com,
    or even the Xbox App. Of course this is just a work around for now, but you’ll be able to play your games, and it’ll really will only take an extra 30 seconds. Being able to play your games is the important thing, and this problem almost certainly will be
    fixed sooner than later through a new dashboard update. On that note;

    2) Consider joining the insiders program via the Xbox Insiders app on your Xbox One. This will get you new features way ahead of everyone else, such as the Games with Gold tab that I showed you in the photo on my previous response, which is 100% a solution
    to your missing GWG games. Keep in mind that you only have access to those games while you have an active Gold subscription, and that if you do join the Insiders program you may rarely (extremely rarely in my experience even getting the most frequent and far
    from release dev builds) see some bugs due to these being early builds of new dashboard updates.
