Yeah the hard reset i tried that just now.. As for network advanced will try that aswell thank you for your time and input... Iwill see if it helps

You can do a few things that possibly will help.

Start by heading over to settings

Network, advanced, alternate mac address and select clear. This will prompt a restart of the console.

If that doesn't help, the thing option would be to completely shut off the system. Hold your finger on the power button for a good few seconds, until the console power down. Unplug the consoles power supply. While this is being done please turn off your
router as well. Wait a few minutes, about 5 minutes should be good. Turn your router on and plug the console in. Start everything back up, to see if that might help.
