    Please Help!!!!! After new download for Microsoft Solitaire Collection in September, games ...


    After the new update and download for Microsoft Solitaire Collection has been extremely slow. The game doesn't always react when clicking a card, and you might click and hold the mouse on a stack and move the mouse all the way across the screen before
    the game even realizes that you are trying to move the stack. When will this be fixed. Can't play games because it's to slow. Did not get to finish the challenges for September.

    Can someone let me know when this issue will be fixed?

    I cant get into my games to play a game. all I get is sign in error and error code 1170000

    Further comment: I was able to access the Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my computer running Windows 8.1. After that I was able to also access the Collection via the computer running Windows 10 since they are wirelessly interconnected. So now I can
    access & play. However my solitaire "game history" for all of September (as well as most August "badges") have not carried over, Badges for July and before ARE available!

    I cannot find any info to help me.
