    I will describe my problem as best as I can.

    I cannot remember which insiders level I am enrolled at. Definitely not the dangerous one if that makes any sense

    My XboxOneX prompted me to update on the 24th September 2019. I updated as routine. The update finished as routine. I navigated to the home page. Attempted to start a couple of games and they would not start. I tried to navigate to the Store and then the XboxOneX froze. That was 5 or so minutes after the upload had completed. At that moment one of the games was downloading automatically an update (Blair's Witch).

    After waiting for several minutes with the UI remaining froze I decided to restart.

    The System Error 102 came up on the starting screen. I tried everything available online and advisable (offline update, reset all settings, multiple reboots) .

    I decided to explore the change the hard drive option. Indeed after checking the 1 TB Seagate drive on my disc management on Windows10 it appeared that it had failed.

    I bought the same exact model of mobile HDD and put everything together and rebooted.

    I now get upon starting (same starting screen grey):

    System Error 106 and when I tried offline updated:

    System Error 101

    i am stuck again in a loop whichever i option i choose to.

    • I recall someone suggesting downloading the latest OS1 update from the Microsoft website to use for offline update but this did not make any difference.
    • Is there a newer version for Insiders?
    • Is the XboxOneX still on an insiders program since I even removed it from the Microsoft Store and my devices in order to reinstall it clean?

    I would be grateful if someone could suggest what the next step should be in my case.

    Why am I not able to simply download the Open Beta Battlefield V without the “Get EA Access” option ?

    Also, are you an XBOX Insider testing out the new EA Access app?

    Sorry Malice Alyce, but this website has a history of not working correctly going back several years. Periodically names disappear, everyone shows as silver members for days and weeks at a time, the "oops that shouldn't have happened" issues, the fact that
    2 years later your game card can't display your Xbox One games, etc. Many of us have come to the conclusion that it won't get any better as pleas to fix various bugs and glitches have fallen on some deaf ears. The developer even did a survey and asked for
    feedback about the various issues and then fixed nothing, nada, zilch.

    I'm sure the situation you describe exists but have little confidence in the fact that noise, any noise about it will resolve the issue. Past history suggests otherwise. The fact the Edge browser does not have this issue leads me to conclude that that is
    the supported browser for the site and anything else, working or not, is by design.

    Sorry for being so long winded, but you need to know the history of this forum to see that if you have a problem, either ignore it or do without.

    Hi Jayadub, Thanks for taking the time to give me some input. I don't mind anyone being 'long winded' if they're contributing to a conversation.

    I know what you mean about the issues not being solved. I can't count the number of times I'd come to the Status page to see that a lot of the Services for XBL were down, on a daily basis. Services that we have paid to use with our membership that weren't
    available to us on a regular basis.

    Did you try viewing your friends' Friends List on the website by clicking the "View All" link?
