Please help a 10 year xbox live member.

ok so I beg anyone that may help me. One day in September I tried to play a game online only I couldn't, I found out I was on something called "avoid me" I had no idea what it ment so when I looked it up I saw it was for bad rep. I checked my rep online
and saw I only had 4 reports in the last 6 mothers and went from good player right to avoid me. Never went to "needs work". I tried everything you get out of it and I mean everything! Playing world of tanks for weeks and weeks and still nothing. I tried every
other game I have but can not find a game. I rang xbox support a tittle of 6 times and I must say I was shocked with the "support". I was told to go get players to favour me even tho that feature is gone and when I told them that they had no idea. I was then
told just to keep searching in my games. When I told them I waited 3 hours with out finding a game I was then told to play offline games that that will help. Which ofcorse will do nothing. I spoke to a manager then who had no idea but said it will take no
longer then 30 days. I asked him to send me a email saying that so I may have proof. He did. When the 30 days came and went I was still on avoid me. So I rang back only to be told the manager is busy but will ring me back that day. He did not. So I rang back
the next day asking for him only to be told he will not take the call as he has no further information. I was so mad that I left it for a good few months. Checked back at Christmas and still on it so I rang back again. Told the whole story and the answer I
got back was they don't know and to ask my xbox friends to help. So I was told to go talk to people who don't work for xbox with my xbox problem by xbox customer service. It is now 2017 and 5 months since it started and on the rep page the 4 reports I had
are now gone it is down to 0 but I'm still on avoid me. I tried deleting my account and redownloading it but no help.

Xbox live years of being subscribed not showing on profile.



I've been subscribed to Xbox live for 10 years and the 10 year mark used to be on my profile with a circle around it. Once my 1 year subscription ended, the 10 year mark disappeared. I then renewed to a 1 year Xbox live subscription, and nothing is still
showing. An Xbox live support member directed me to this forum because apparently no one could fix it and it is an " Unknown issue". Someone please help, thank you.

I just received an avatar award (a 10-yr Helmet) for being a 10 year live member. Check your messages on your Xbox.

 

As the rep system is nothing to do with support they shouldn't of told you the things they did but it doesn't surprise me,especially after the dealings I've had with them over the years.It is something Microsoft really needs to look into.

Playing free games like Neverwinter,Star Trek Online,World of Tanks etc. will help get your rep back up but it will take time,it'll probably take longer than 30 days despite what you were told.
