Please for the love of all that is good can someone help me out with my Call of Duty Black Ops ...

I've tried every single idea I can think of, whether it be resetting my xbox/restarting it/network troubleshooting/buy a new game and I still do not have a solution. I'm getting this ABC code every single time and nothing is happening. The game loads to
the main menu screen and I press to join and all it comes up with is "Connecting to Online service, Checking files" and this stupid code is coming up every single time. I've wasted so much time on this and the new COD is coming out soon, I just want a resolution
cause this problem came out of no where and I've wasted hours on hours trying to fix it. I'm hoping someone around could possibly have a reason as to why this game is not letting me connect online, would mean a lot. Thanks guys.

Game Black Screen/Won't Load

So I just recently re downloaded Call of Duty Black Ops III. When I click to open it, the Black Ops III name pops up and then it turns into a black screen as if it's trying to load, but it doesn't, it stays on a black screen.

I tried Quitting out of the game and resetting the Xbox but that didn't work. Please help me.

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried to get in touch with Activision Support about your games issue?

As if you said you tried everything have you done power cycling your Console?

support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

You may want to reset / restart your router aswell. If nothing helps best would be to get in touch with Activision Support as posted above.

I loved all Call of dutys up till MW2, MW2 was horrendous. Black Ops was good and MW3 seems very bad too.
