    I have been a long time fan of Microsoft, I still have my ZUNE 120gb. Something weird happened this weekend. I decided that I wanted to buy some movies from xbox live for an upcoming trip that I need to make (bought about 8 movies). When I checked on
    the movies that I had previously bought I noticed that I was missing a few of them (about 8). I checked my Surface Pro app and the videos were not there, I checked the xbox video website and the videos are not there but when I proceed to check my xbox 360
    the videos are there (I watched one of them yesterday on my xbox!). When I spoke with the Customer Service Rep they gave me ticket [mod removed] and he told me that they will proceed to have the movies returned to me. Today I get an email from some
    other rep and it says this:



    My name is Devin, and I am with the Xbox Customer Care Advocacy Team. I would like to thank you for taking the time to contact us in regards to your request for a refund on your Xbox LIVE account. Rest assured that I am committed to resolving
    your issue quickly and efficiently.

    I have reviewed your request, and unfortunately at this point in time we are unable to offer a refund for the purchase(s) in dispute as all sales are final and non-refundable. If you wish to further pursue a refund for the disputed transaction(s),

    What did they reviewed? this is a copy paste answer! I have not violated the terms of services... did I download them one too many times? I have replied to this rep but at this point I am hoping that someone else looks at this issue. I am kicking
    myself for buying movies from Xbox, I should have stayed with google or amazon (or itunes!) they have never given me this type of problems. Now I can't even see the transaction history because of all of the points! I used to buy points and then proceeded
    to buy the movies with the points. I have not been able to identify the specific purchases.

    Does anyone know to identify purchases so I can do the work for this rep???? All I have is emails like this:

    A couple things:

    Are you signed into the Xbox Video app on your Surface with the same account you used to purchase them?

    Are you using the latest version of the app, or are you trying to locate them in the Zune Software?

    Did you download them to your Xbox 360 and that's why they're there?

    What movies are they?

    Lastly, I'm assuming you're in the US since you have a Zune 120, but correct me if I'm wrong.

    I am using the same hotmail/outlook account in all of my Microsoft devices.

    I did not downloaded them from my xbox, I am able to stream them. It is weird, like the xbox and website/xbox video app are out of sync.

    The videos that I am missing are:

    Dawn of the dead

    Star Trek - First Contact

    Miami Vice

    Land of the Dead

    Star Trek - Undiscovered Country

    Crank 2 - high voltage

    Justice League - Crisis on Two Earths

    I am not using my zune anymore since I can get all of my music through my phone, but I do want to watch movies using my Surface Pro/Dell Venue 8 Pro video app.
