"Please Fix Your Saved games" message across all my games.

Hi,

I just thought id post here to see if anyone is having similar issues to me, i have been in contact but my issue is yet to be resolved.

Just to make things easier ill tell you what i have already tried to correct this problem:

- hard reset

- deleting and re downloading saves

- deleting and re downloading profile

- checking network connection.

- clearing persistent storage

- clearing MAC address

- factory reset while keeping games and apps

- complete factory reset removing everything

My console is also the latest OS version and all updates downloaded ok and my console is 22 months old.

the problem: I own four games, when i go to play them the console starts up ok and i can play for anywhere between 10mins and 2 hours before the game starts to freeze or stop playing correctly before displaying the message "please fix your
saved games" telling me to delete and re sync them from the cloud, which doesn't work. Also, once this message appears the console itself begins to freeze, for example not letting me exit the game or return to home displaying messages such as "for some reason
home has taken to long" eventually the console completely freezes and i have to turn it on. if i turn it back on again, sometimes i get the E200 000000EF 00000000 error but sometimes i don't. however no matter what, every single time i play this happens across
all of the games i own.

This issue happened to me once back in july but resolved itself after one reset. on the 15th august it started happening again and its now happening every single time without fail. I have tried all the solutions listed above and none have resolved the issue.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi this looks to be a known issue with this game and the developers are working on a solution.

Try doing another hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for 5 minutes. While it's unplugs press the power button on the console a few times to make
sure all of the power gets pushed out then after a couple minutes plug everything back in again and try your games. Hope this works. Good luck!

Hi firstly I would try deleting the local and cloud game saves to see if this resolves the issue as per the guide below. If this does not resolve you issue I would then consider uninstalling the game deleting the save and starting again to see if this resoves
your issue.

How do I delete saves that I no longer need?

You can manage your data for individual games through My games & apps on your Home screen. Here's how:

1. On Home, pull the right trigger, and then press A to open My games and apps.

2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game.

3. Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.

You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:

Delete from console will remove the local copy of this save. You can retrieve it from the cloud the next time you play.

Delete everywhere will remove your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.

Cancel will leave your data intact.
