please fix xbox enforcement

so ive played xbox for 6 to 7 years and the most annoying thing about this console is the fact that ive been ban multiple times for defending myself and my friends ive spent hundreds of dollars in xbox live and games just for someone to start something i
defend my self sometimes i dont even say anything bad and i get ban if enforcement is not fixed by the end of 2018 im moving consoles i am tired of a 3rd party service being in control of the banning system and the fact that i report people and nothing happens
and the 1 time i send a message accusing someone i get ban this needs to change and im speeking for the entire community

My Xbox Live account had been suspended over a false claim

xbox enforcement team can you please check in my account and tell me how I got it suspended for harassment trolling and please fix

Your behaviour is not excuses because you are defending yourself

You are accountable for the terms of use

Regardless of who started it

You certainly are not speaking for the whole community.

The majority of the community have no issues following the ToU/CoC.

It is also not a 3rd party service that enforces the rules on xbox live,the enforcement team are Microsoft employees.

As ngocphi said,defening yourself is not a excuse for breaking the rules & if you do so in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk enforcement action.

Other than a thank you message that is very rarely sent out you are never told the result of any report you have filed so you have no way of knowing whether someone receives enforcement action due to a report you've filed.

Feel free to move consoles if you want but the rules are the same over on PSN/PlayStation.

Sorry to hear you were suspended. Unfortunately no one on the forums can help with enforcements. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see the reason for the action
and open a case review with the PET.

My friend almost got banned for having a cod pfp, I agree this is [mod removed]. Their report system has to be automated cuz its [mod removed]
