Please fix/unban/unblock my main account XGunxRumX

Hey Xbox, so hopefully this doesnt get taken down; as below Is a SS of why and how I got Perma Ban on Xbox. So basically for 4 months now my account had been blocked and banned, and I’ve tried nearly everything to get It back, posting here, contacting
supporting; tweeting to Xbox got the devolpers attention and sadly nothing has worked. I love Xbox, and respect the rules and code of conduct, but still feel this was a misunderstanding personally. The case review on the enforcement website was upheld, but
did say they wouldnt be lifting It at this time and this was back on June 27th I believe, and Its been way long enough. I’ve been having support open cases on both accounts XGunxRumX and GummIR and unfortunatley all ended up getting closed each time. They
locked my email address to XGunxRumX to complaince and override; and each time I signed the reinstatement forum, was shot down. And I signed It again, with case numbers support agents gave me, so hopefully that might fix It; since they feel this Situation
Is awful, and were opened with my side and feel the bans not appropraite as the SS you can see people didnt like me, and mass reported my post everytime I posted an LFG. When they would get takem down, Enforcement would send me a msg saying notice of enforcement
action, but nothing was offensive about my post; so assumed It was a glitch, as my post were just about wagon rotations. I remember putting Glitch In my post In the beginning, but soonly changed It assuming thats why It got taken down, but no matter what I
changed It to, got taken down. I wasnt Cheating, as what I was doing was put In by the devolpers intentionally, and everyone had the same advantages I had. Ik Cheating on Xbox Isn’t right, and usually If you mod, hack, and use exploits to an advantage to disrupt
the game for others you’ll get banned. Understandable, but I showed proof, and what Im saying Is I got mass reported for my lvl and money In game; and didnt Cheat. I do apologize however for any difficulties; and If I did break a conduct rule In someway deeply
apologize; and promise not to do It again. But honestly feel still this was a misunderstanding. If you go to my profile XGunxRumX on Xbox and see the comments you’ll see the negative people who dont like me, and those were the ones that mass reported my post
and profile. I’ve had this account for 10+ years, and see an aspect of why they delivered the ban due to the report numbers ect.. But really want another chance with my account, and have gave all the information and details. Theres a pass for Red Dead that
ends on October 19th this year, and cant miss out on It; as I dont have access to my account, so dont know what else to do. I’ve cried over this situation, and been extremely upset as I have plans on making Xbox and Red Dead funnier for everybody, and wanna
contribute more to the community as a whole. So please If someones reading this, have a change In heart, and try to help get my account back or try to see what you can do. Its a messed situation, but have tried everything. Reached out to former Enforcement
worker aswell, that gave me Enforcements phone number; and another website but that didnt work either. So Idk, but If anyone can help, please do. Account means alot to me, and just wanna get back to gaming. ): Plus planning on getting the new Xbox coming out;
plus rebuying the Gold subscription that was cancelled on my main due to the fact they locked my account email and stopped paying the account.

Alright, again Im gonna still keep trying. And bans have happened to lots of people before; so Ik Im not alone. Just really sucks honestly, Bc my accounts really special, and didnt expect or think they’d do this. I guess at this point, If you can help
In any other way like getting this out there, or seeing If Xbox can do anything else to get this to enforcement would be appreciated. But If not, thank you for your help.

My Xbox Is already home, and I have my games from Disc so that shouldnt’t be a problem. It truly sucks honestly I love Xbox, and have been a loyal customer for 10+ years. Im still gonna continue to post, and see what I can do honestly. Theres already SS
and proof I was mass reported, so Idk why they havent fixed the account even after explaining my side truly sucks. ):

Sorry to hear about your problem and I'm sad to say that we do not have any control over the enforcement that is a different department and we cannot do anything from here the only thing that I can think of is to put a new profile on your xbox and make your
xbox a home xbox so that you can play all the games from that profile.

I know that it's a pain as I have replied to loads of people telling them the same thing.

The only thing is to play a new profile form now on and just learn to be a player that gets good player reputation and give it time.

And Yes if I had a £1 for every ban post I would be a millionaire lol.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,the account will remain banned.

A permanent ban is just that,a ban that lasts until the year 9999,not just a few months.

Support are nothing to do with enforcement so there is nothing they can do & as mentioned,no one on the forums can do anything as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

It doesn't matter how many reports you receive,you will only get permanently banned if you have done something extremely severe to violate the ToU/CoC or you have had several suspensions in the past.

In fact anyone abusing the report feature,like spam reporting,will be suspended themselves.

I know it's not what you wanted to hear but there is nothing you can do to get the account unbanned.A case review is the only way & you've done that.

No point in making making multiple posts/threads on the forums either as they will just get locked & eventually you'll get banned from the forums.
