    Please fix the Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller when connecting to Windows 10 using Bluetooth


    Many users, including myself, are unable to connect their Elite Series 2 controller to their Windows 10 PCs using Bluetooth.
    Following the help / support guides we are prompted to download the Xbox Accessories app and when we do we get this error screen:


    Please fix the Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller when connecting to Windows 10 using Bluetooth [​IMG]


    Which reads "Not seeing your controller? Unfortunately, this app doesn't currently support your controller's new firmware on PC. We're working on updating the PC experience. Check back soon!"

    Will you please post any bug fix updates regarding this issue here? I don't want to return my controller for a refund if it's getting fixed soon; unfortunately, if the product support team doesn't fix this issue we may run out of time to get our money back, or get a replacement controller. There are a lot of complaints about it, and unsuccessful workarounds (at least for me since I don't own a console anymore), but nowhere users can see any progress being made regarding this issue.

    Xboc controller

    the elite controller series 2 has Bluetooth compatibility and is therefore compatible with windows 10 too. the first release of the elite controller was before xbox was integrated into windows 10, therefore there was no need at the time for Bluetooth.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

    Customizing user profiles on a Windows 10 PC is not supported via Bluetooth. Any Bluetooth capable Xbox One controllers will need to be plugged in via USB-C or through the Xbox Wireless Adapter if you want to customize and use custom profiles. The Xbox Accessories
    app will not detect your controller over Bluetooth connection.

    Use the Xbox Accessories app to customize your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2  

    Things to keep in mind:

    • The Xbox Accessories app is only available on Xbox One and Windows 10.
    • To configure the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, get the Windows 10 May 2019 Update (or later) and make sure your PC has the latest fixes.

    • The Xbox Accessories app won’t detect your controller if you’re using Bluetooth to connect to your PC. Connect your controller using Xbox Wireless, or plug the included USB-C cable into the back of the Xbox Elite Wireless
