Please fix the service alert!

Unfortunately there is no further explanation other than what is listed on the service alert page.

Please be sure to check the service alert on this issue. It is known, and they are working for a fix.

I think it's strange that the actual status page says everything is fine even though there is a service alert. Could someone from Microsoft please either fix the page or tell us why the service alert is up?

If there is a service alert going on, the only way you can "fix" such a service alert is by applying for a job at Microsoft's Xbox Live department, and joining the engineers fixing the alert, as these alerts only show up if there is an issue with the Xbox
Live service that is caused by some issue on Microsoft's end.

If you don't work at Microsoft as a Xbox Live engineer, the only thing you can do is to wait until the engineers have fixed it for you.

There's nothing that you can really do to fix this at the current time, I'm assuming it's related to the service alert because a lot of people including yourself are having the same issues. Just please be patient as they work towards resolving the issue.
