Please FIX the Broken reputation system HELPPPPPP

This is getting out of hand ....I turned off the commenting,messaging etc from anyone that isnt a friend. When I look at my reputation score I have negs for voice messages when I havent EVER sent anyone a voice message. This has been going on all day my
reputation was back to needs work 3 days ago .....I played 1 game today and it still says Needs Work on Xbox live but apparently its avoid me on Xbox.com ....Why? Its been over 6 hours with my profile and it hasnt updated or anything ...maybe cause Im not
on avoid me and this is a mess up on your end?

Reputation System

The reputation system is beyond broken. It is the worst system ever made by anyone. I want my reputation put back to normal and i want the enforcement team to fix this abysmal system.

Please explain, tried everything possible to fix. Looked up forums and shortcuts to fix, nothing works. HELPPPPPP

 

only your profile on your console has your live rep

 

AAnd it takes a lot of matches and while to move between layers

 

OOnly your profiles on your console is your true rep

 

it doesnt take more than 10 minutes to change reps .....Ive experienced it ...
