    I have been saving for months and finally redeemed the Game Pass Ultimate with Rewards Points. But my subscription doesn't show up and I can't use any Game Pass games or play live. And my reward points are now at zero for nothing. Help me please!

    They would have emailed you a code to redeem, the subscription isn't automatically added to your account. If you haven't gotten the email and it's been over 24 hours, check your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/orderhistory) and
    it'll either have the code listed there or have the option to have them resend the code. If you still have issues receiving the code, you'll need to contact Microsoft
