    Dear Microsoft Bingo Support,

    It is now Day 3 and there has been no effort to rectify the issue regarding Microsoft Bingo and server connection issues. Belos is a screenshot of the problem users are experiencing:

    Will you please fix the problem and address the many posts on the Microsoft Bingo Support Forum that seem to be ignored by Microsoft Tech Support.

    Server Connection Issue

    Will you please review the issue regarding server problems with Microsoft Bingo that has occurred this evening. When trying to open the game, the following message appears:

    SERVER CONNECTION ISSUE:

    There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    TRY AGAIN

    In addition, the coin purchase is not working.

    My server is working fine and the other Microsoft games are opening. Will you please review this issue and fix the problem

    Customer service and getting absolutely no help with fc24

    this issue is with connecting to EA servers, Microsoft have no way to fix this kind of issue as they do not operate the servers you connect to, you pay Xbox live just to get through the paywall, all third party games run their own servers which Microsoft has no access too.

    I haven't been able to connect to Microsoft Bingo since yesterday evening. Keep getting connection error. The forum link provided in the error message gives another error message, that service is unavailable.

    Please fix.
