    I AGREE. IT MAKES YOU WONDER HOW DEPENDABLE THE REST OF MICROSOFT SOFTWARE PERFORMS. NOT GOOD FOR COMPANY WHEN THEY DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO FIX THE UNABLE TO CONNECT PROBLEM.
