PLEASE FIX! MCC Achievements not visible - 343 of no help as always

I am also having this problem. It's super frustrating! As you can see no achievements appear in the guide, the game hub, in game, on the phone app and also Xbox.com. Although occasionally achievements will show up on the guide and I can view unlocked achievements
only on the game hub and Xbox.com.

If you can find the locked achievements on your end and send them to me that would be appreciated although a fix would be preferable.

It seems to have happened since the last big dashboard update so could be an issue with that conflicting with either a large amount of achievements unlocked in one game or just a large amount of achievements available in one game.

The screen shot with 104% was taken nearly 2 years ago around the time the halo odst dlc was released for the game back in 2015, the other with 0% was taken yesterday.

Wired connection

Download speed: 6.92 mbps

Upload speed: 1.22 mbps

Packet loss: 8%

MTU: 1480

Latency: 55 ms

While it's not pertinent to the issue at hand, if you have issues with online connections at all, I'm happy to help try to improve your connection if you create a new thread and send me the link. That packet loss while on a wired connection isn't good (any
packet loss is an issue for us), but we believe at this time that it's not related to the achievements not showing up. So, if you don't want to troubleshoot that separately, I'm okay not poking that hornet's nest.

I'm going to organize all this information on my side here so that I look at my next options. Once I have everyone getting back to me with everything I need, I'll let you guys know what we're going to do next.

I am experiencing the same problem as these other poor souls: Achievements not loading when selected in the game hub. I think the problem might be because there are so many achievements for the game, that the UI won't load it. My reason for believing this
is because other games' achievements load, but MCC's doesn't. (Said other games don't have nearly as many achievements as MCC)

I'm sorry to see any issues viewing your achievements for Master Chief Collection! We looked into everything you mentioned here and have some weird conflicting results. I am of the mind that this is account specific, and I'd like to dig further into this
with you.

I need screenshots of everything from you. Xbox.com, Xbox App, in-game achievement section, and Achievements app. Additionally, it would be best to get those users in that Waypoint thread over here, if you can direct them to this post, please. I need the
same from them, and the more users I have, the better.

In these situations, I tend to ask users to upload the images to a file sharing site. A folder in your
OneDrive is wonderful, however another file sharing site is also acceptable.

Once I get this, we can determine next steps. I look forward to working with you!

I have been having this issue with MCC for the past few months as well. Should I provide the screenshots I have so far as well or are the ones from the previous comments sufficient?

Hi there! You can find your locked/unlocked achievements and progress at Halo - Official Site until Xbox resolves this issue (if they do so).

Help! Has there been a fix for this yet? I can't see my mcc achievements on Xbox one or smartglass. I've tried thru options and career, achievements tracker and my profile. Plus when I go to the 343 website to see my par times for missions, nothing is updated
either. Xbox customer service is clueless, over the past 3 weeks they have had me delete profiles, saves, Mac addresses basically everything. Just to say they can't fix it. You would think when all fails it would get escalated. I've been with Xbox for 17 years,
never have I seen such garbage.

achievements. I suppose the developers didn't update the tracker when they added the extra achievements, this may have something to do with what's happening now.

Thanks, Aqua! You provided two pictures of your Career achievements, one showing the all 0s, the other showing the 104%. Were these taken at different times, or on different platforms? It looks like it might be intermittent for you if they were taken close
together. (Side note: The Service Records WERE working as you said. Testing here, we see it's down. We've got people looking into it.)

If you could also be so kind, I need these two things from you still:

Your detailed network statistics (found by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics on the console)
Where did you buy your disc from, or what region did you purchase the digital copy and on what date.

Location (in the language & location setting) is set to Taiwan

Thanks, Aston! While I'm pretty sure it's not region related, don't forget to do a
region migration if you've recently moved to Taiwan as long as you plan on staying there longer than 4 months. If you don't, then you'll want to keep your region as Germany to avoid any licensing
issues.

As babambino stated, today the achievements appeared on left side menu, it was like the photo of
TheDoctorWhoWho uploaded (the one that says "Launch a game too see achievements"). It was like that for several months and they're unlocking properly.

One thing that I'm considering doing is reinstall the game, to check if this can be fixed, however, if it has the achievements on left side menu on xbox it's allright for me.

My account and console region are USA and my physical region is Brazil.
