PLEASE FIX! MCC Achievements not visible - 343 of no help as always

Some explanations (sorry, some screens are in German):

XboxLive website: achievements are showing correcly

XboxApp (onWindows 10): not working correctly. Last unlocked achievement that is shown from 25.April 2017. Recently unlocked achievements shown as locked. However, it does show recently unlocked achievements from the game in the activity feed. Sometimes
the app does not load the achievements at all (says, problem with my internet connection, but the rest of the app seems to be working)

In game: Master chief collection completion status: 0%. Says I have 0 completed achievements. When loading the achievements for the individual games, it loads for about 30 seconds and then says “timed out”.

Xbox One Dashboard: The small dashboard on the left side does not load achievements, but it shows recent unlocks in the Notifications tab. I cannot show individual achievements for the game. It says 309/0 achievements. Other stats seem to be ok.

I'd like to get a few more things. With guif87 mentioning it, I wanted to check with everyone's regions to be sure. Here's everything I need.

• Account region (you can get this from your
  Microsoft Account profile by clicking on Edit your personal info; your region should be listed there).
• What region your console is set to.
• Your physical location.
• Your detailed network statistics (found by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics on the console)
• Where did you buy your disc from, or what region did you purchase the digital copy and on what date.

I'm not looking to troubleshoot things just yet, but want to have this information handy for if it's asked by whoever this gets passed to.

We've also found another user who is having this issue with Forza, so it's definitely not localized to a specific game. We are still trying to gather information to ensure we get it to the right people, though.

 

I also am having this issue, my region is North America so I don't think it's a region related problem, I use to get around it by using halo waypoint but now the halo Mcc service record is down. I'll post pics in a bit.

achievements. I suppose the developers didn't update the tracker when they added the extra achievements, this may have something to do with what's happening now.

• My account region is Germany.
• Location (in the language & location setting) is set to Taiwan
• Phyiscal location is Taiwan, too
• Result of the detailed network statistics:

• The disc was bought from a big Xbox seller in Taiwan (February 2017). The game version is local, too.

I don't know if it is relevant, but I bought DLC for the game (on March 3.). I paid the DLC in Taiwan Dollar.

 

Hey! As I've stated in my first post, I've already tried a reinstall and even formating my whole Xbox without results. Since Xbox.com still can't show the achievements properly I don't think it has to do with the game itself. It is rather a server issue.

Thanks, Aqua! You provided two pictures of your Career achievements, one showing the all 0s, the other showing the 104%. Were these taken at different times, or on different platforms? It looks like it might be intermittent for you if they were taken close
together. (Side note: The Service Records WERE working as you said. Testing here, we see it's down. We've got people looking into it.)

If you could also be so kind, I need these two things from you still:

Thanks, Aston! While I'm pretty sure it's not region related, don't forget to do a
region migration if you've recently moved to Taiwan as long as you plan on staying there longer than 4 months. If you don't, then you'll want to keep your region as Germany to avoid any licensing
issues.

The screen shot with 104% was taken nearly 2 years ago around the time the halo odst dlc was released for the game back in 2015, the other with 0% was taken yesterday.

I bought the game in 2014 as a disc either on Black Friday or around Christmas from a Target, (I wrapped it as a gift to myself ) the first achievement I ever got for the game says 12/30/14.

While it's not pertinent to the issue at hand, if you have issues with online connections at all, I'm happy to help try to improve your connection if you create a new thread and send me the link. That packet loss while on a wired connection isn't good (any
packet loss is an issue for us), but we believe at this time that it's not related to the achievements not showing up. So, if you don't want to troubleshoot that separately, I'm okay not poking that hornet's nest.

I'm going to organize all this information on my side here so that I look at my next options. Once I have everyone getting back to me with everything I need, I'll let you guys know what we're going to do next.

Dear Xbox LIVE users,

Last week I wanted to take a look at my achievements that I still need to earn. While loading up the achievements app on Xbox one

and clicked on Halo: The Master Chief Collection game, it said that I had 61/0 achievements. And it didn't even showed me the achievements. Today I wanted to check my player ID, and that doesn't even load aswell.

Is there any solution for the not loading achievements and player ID?

Help! Has there been a fix for this yet? I can't see my mcc achievements on Xbox one or smartglass. I've tried thru options and career, achievements tracker and my profile. Plus when I go to the 343 website to see my par times for missions, nothing is updated
either. Xbox customer service is clueless, over the past 3 weeks they have had me delete profiles, saves, Mac addresses basically everything. Just to say they can't fix it. You would think when all fails it would get escalated. I've been with Xbox for 17 years,
never have I seen such garbage.

 

I think this is a weird problem not getting your achievement. I don't have this problem I hope this get fixed soon,
