PLEASE FIX! MCC Achievements not visible - 343 of no help as always

Hi! For the past months I have been unable to view my Achievements in Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Xbox One. The Achievements unlock properly, but I can't view them or track the progress. The achievement sidebar shows the generic message launch a
game to see its achievements and the in-game achievement section shows that I have 0 achievements unlocked and won't load anything. From my profile page's achievements tab I can't load any achievement for MCC, it just spins forever and doesn't load.

• On Xbox.com, it doesn't show all the achievements and if I filter them by selecting "locked" it doesn't come up with anything (verified with a friend too)
• On Xbox Smartglass and Xbox App the achievements work properly.
• This problem is ONLY for this game. I haven't come into any issues with any other game.
• Don't get me started with the basic troubleshooting cause I've already done it! I've formated my Xbox, removed and reinstalled my profile and deleted and reinstalled the game to no avail.
• Here is a post in 343's website with other people having the same
  issues but not only they haven't fixed it but they haven't even acknowledged it (typical 343).

I hope you understand how annoying and frustrating this is and do something to fix that immediately.

Yes, if I'm right, nearly everyone who has been lucky enough to play HALO: MCC has run into this problem. 343 are no doubt aware of the issue and are working alongside Microsoft to get us all a fix. Be patient my friend. We'll soon have our achievements.

The game has a record, but there is no history of achievement anywhere.

I'm sorry to see any issues viewing your achievements for Master Chief Collection! We looked into everything you mentioned here and have some weird conflicting results. I am of the mind that this is account specific, and I'd like to dig further into this
with you.

I need screenshots of everything from you. Xbox.com, Xbox App, in-game achievement section, and Achievements app. Additionally, it would be best to get those users in that Waypoint thread over here, if you can direct them to this post, please. I need the
same from them, and the more users I have, the better.

In these situations, I tend to ask users to upload the images to a file sharing site. A folder in your
OneDrive is wonderful, however another file sharing site is also acceptable.

Once I get this, we can determine next steps. I look forward to working with you!

I paid a lot just to play this game and its not working... its a total rip off !!!

It sounds like you might be running into an issue that's different than the disappearing achievements that TheDoctorWhoWho is running into. If you are having the same issue as them, please provide the screenshots/images that I am looking for as posted above.

Hello Misses Quinzel and thanks for the reply! I have done as you said. Here is the folder in OneDrive MCC Achievements broken

Some notes regarding the screenshots:

• In-game stats shows that I've unlocked 0 achievements.
• Achievement siderbar shows the message "Launch a game to see it's achievements". Of course it's obvious that the game is already launched.
• In my profile on Xbox One, when I select the Achievements tab and choose Master Chief Collection it shows only the leaderboards. As you can see, no achievements are loaded below and I can't scroll down.
• On Xbox.com, if I head to MCC achievements and sort them by "All" or "Unlocked" achievements do come up but it doesn't show ALL of my unlocked achievements. It only shows some of them. It goes back to December 3rd, 2015 and it doesn't show any achievement
  before this date.
• On Xbox.com, if I head to MCC achievements and sort them by "Locked" it doesn't come up with any result. It returns only the leaderboards with no achievements.
• Currently I do not have a Windows 10 PC, but last time I went to a friend and checked, achievements were appearing correctly on Xbox App as they are on my Smartglass app.

here to come reply with all the needed stuff! My guess is that the fact that this game has 600 achievements confuses the system after the latest updates. Hope you can sort it out!

 

You are the best! Thank you so much for this! We'll work on seeing if we can get better results on what you are experiencing today, since we did have those mixed results earlier this week. I am about to assume, but with the screenshots, I believe you are
located in Greece, correct? This will help whoever looks into this pinpoint if it's an issue with a specific region (which I don't entirely think it is at this time, but it's always good to provide).

While I am doing that, I am able to see your achievements on your

Waypoint profile. Can you? If so, then we believe this to be on Xbox side, not the game side. We'll get this to the right people on our end once we're able to narrow it down.

Like I said, though, having more people is best. Be careful about bumping too many threads over on Waypoint; their mods may see it as spam. Since everyone's gamertag is visible there, sending Xbox Live messages going forward may help out more. :3

I don't work the weekend, so if I don't get back to you today I will definitely get back to you on Monday. Again, your help is much appreciated!

Yes, my account region, physical region and console region is Greece! I am able to view my achievements normally on Waypoint. Since I am not seeing any activity from the fellow gamers in Waypoint I will try to reach them through Xbox Live! Thanks for looking

Not a problem at all! I'm happy to help with these random issues.

I was able to test out a quick achievement here on my account (found a skull). Before that, for some reason, I was finally able to see the achievements everywhere when I couldn't before. I was seeing exactly what you are when you first posted,
so this is weirdly intermittent.

Having the information from the other guys will help out immensely at this point. I hope they get back to us soon, but it's good to know that it's not impacting your actual achievements for now.

 

During all this whole time, there was a single time that I was able to view the achievements, but after 1-2 days the problem came back. I didn't unlock anything so I don't know what triggered it. The point is that it came back so it's intermittent! I hope
more folks from Waypoint come here to help with this.

I am here from Waypoint with exactly the same issue. But while typing this out it seems to have fixed itself. I went to go and get the screenshots and all my progress has been logged in the career section.

My location is Johannesburg, South Africa if that helps.

 

I also have this problem, since roughly 2 weeks.

I cannot see any achievements, and the carreer progress in game is 0%.

My console and physical location is in Taiwan. I don't know if it matters, but my account was originally German.

 

Thanks, babambino! If you happen to see it again, please give me the screenshots. The only way I can send this up is if the issue is currently happening to users. I do recognize that it seems to be intermittent, so keep an eye out for if it happens to you
again.

As babambino stated, today the achievements appeared on left side menu, it was like the photo of
TheDoctorWhoWho uploaded (the one that says "Launch a game too see achievements"). It was like that for several months and they're unlocking properly.

One thing that I'm considering doing is reinstall the game, to check if this can be fixed, however, if it has the achievements on left side menu on xbox it's allright for me.

My account and console region are USA and my physical region is Brazil.
