Please fix gameclips

Hello, huge Xbox supporter here trying to put together gaming content. In doing so I need to record my gameplay, however my gameclips are not recording as intended. For example when I choose "Record last 5 minutes" it will only record a maximum of 11 second
clip. More often it's only about 6 seconds. Before the last system update I had no issues other than the sound. This isn't a gripe but simply request thank you.

If your clips are only a few seconds long, check whether your clips storage is full on the hard drive, making space if necessary. If storage is fine, i believe a hard reset will clear this issue. Hold the power button for 10 seconds then press it again
to reboot the system and clear the cache.

Since you're after longer game clips have you thought about investing in a capture device?. There is some short awesome clips but when it gets longer it can get harder and takes quite a lot of process power. I would honestly suggest investing in a capture
device if you are a content creator.

Thank you for the reply, is it maybe because I'm playing high quality games like Modern Warfare and it's just more to process? I have been trying to get a capture card if I do that I shouldn't have any problems? I'm new to this content creator thing lol

I played a friends gameclip. I canfrimed it a real issue. I hope they fix it soon.
