    fourth request. I just cleared a bingo game and it disconnected and I did not get any of the rewards. The game has been disconnecting for several days, will not award prizes, and does not function correctly. what does it take to get it fixed

    FIX BINGO PLEASE!!

    Ok when are you going to FIX BINGO? You made this game for us to play so when can we PLAY IT AGAIN!!

    I CAN NOT CONNECT TO BINGO AND WHEN I DO IT KNOCKS ME OFF THE GAME! also it does not give me my bingos when I clear all my cards it freezes up....

    I love playing bingo but it is becoming a pain to play..

    I AGREE. IT MAKES YOU WONDER HOW DEPENDABLE THE REST OF MICROSOFT SOFTWARE PERFORMS. NOT GOOD FOR COMPANY WHEN THEY DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO FIX THE UNABLE TO CONNECT PROBLEM.
