Please Fix Assassin's Creed Syndicate: Bonus Helix Edition it is impossible to download

Hello, I was asked to post in the forums by the technician that tried to help me with this problem. The issue is that after purchasing Assassin's Creed Syndicate: Bonus Helix Edition I was not given an option anywhere to install it, not on the store page
and not in my games & apps section(I even checked my account online on my pc and still no luck). After some various trouble shooting attempts I discovered while chatting with the technician that the store page for the game online had a file size of 0. As in
the store page for the game was put up but no game was linked to it so it is literally impossible to download the game after purchase. Please fix this, or you know don't take away the standard version of the game when you come out with a new little bundle.

I am having the exact same issue. Just purchased Assassin's Creed Syndicate: Bonus Helix edition, but it was not added to my download queue. The Xbox store shows that I purchased it, but I have no way of downloading the game as it does appear anywhere in
the My Games section.

Hey guys I figured it out, and it's really stupid. So, in the Xbox store if you search for Assassin's Creed Syndicate, all that pops up is the Gold Edition, the Bonus Helix edition, and all the DLC. No base game right? Navigate your store to the Gold
edition and it'll have "This bundle includes: Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Assassin's Creed Syndicate Season Pass, Assassin's Creed Syndicate A Long Night, and Assassin's Creed Syndicate Huntsman Outfit.". Click on Assassin's Creed Syndicate under Bundle includes.
This is the base version of the game. The button that normally says Buy or Manage should say Install. Mine did. I clicked it and the game started installing.

I think it's just a disconnect because for some reason the base version of the game doesn't come up in the searches or the games list in the store, but if you manually navigate to it, it works. Stupid, but at least I'll be able to play this weekend! Hope

If you go to the Store on the Xbox One, search for Assassin's Creed and locate the base game (not a bundle or DLC pack) and hopefully it should say "Install" rather than a price. Select that and it will begin downloading.

Tried that unfortunately it appears that the Helix Edition has replaced the standard game on the online store. The only two versions of the game available for purchase are the Gold and Helix editions.

 

Okay, open the Gold version and on the page for that one it should say "Includes:" and list some content, including the base game and some DLC. Click the base game from there and the next page should be as I described, with the "Install" button.

Does that work better? Let us know how you get on.
