    account is correct by clicking the button below. If it is in fact

    correct, please create a post in our support forum

    But my email is correct there.

    We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.

    We see that you are getting this notification because our system is reporting that your emails have been failing to deliver. Can you roughly recall the last time that you received a email from our program, and confirm that you would like these messages?
    While this notification does not mean your account is being negatively impacted, you may not be correctly receiving potentially important emails from us.

    Hi Rayan. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    Ensure you are using the correct email to access your main account; if an email is already associated with an account, it cannot be associated with another account.

    Check your email inbox for messages from Microsoft or Xbox, this may help you confirm which email is associated with the account. You can also use your phone number to sign in, if it's associated with your main Game Pass account.

    If you cannot access the account at all, you'll need to contact your bank to cancel/refund the subscription charges; Microsoft can only assist further if you have access to the account.
