I don't understand why I was able to withdraw roundabout 2,5k credits to my account in the 9th of May (screenshot attached) and how it now seems impossible.

I want a solution because i'm quite upset about this situation. You don't even seem to be interested in finding one, because you close every thread immediately after first response.

Maybe make a manual withdrawal button accessable or something.

Withdrawal worked on 09.05.18, and it got payed onto the austrian billing account. I don't believe it's that big of an issue to do something about it!

xbox app immediately closes

My Xbox app on Windows 10 will flash the green screen and then immediatley close. I cant get it to open. What do I do?

As stated in your previous thread (I read the FAQ myself...):

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
It looks like this issue may have recently been cause by activity on your account where you used currency in another region from your Rewards region (DE). This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access
the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. Your previous deposits were likely the work of this other team testing out
possible solutions to the issue.
