    My credits have not been converted in months. My billing and address information is unchanged. This issue has been going on for a couple years with no fix. In the past Xbox rewards has manually redeemed my credits as the system will not allow me. When
    you guys gonna fix this?

    Rewards credits not depositing and unable to request deposit

    Hello,

    It seems that my rewards credits are not depositing as it is passed the 15th of the month and I am also unable to request a deposit as there is no button or date shown for manual request. Help Please?

    Hello Nucleus Nezz,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide fixed deposits like your last deposit, at the moment, we have
    not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We do not have the ability to manually redeem Credits. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Won't let me press the deposit button on Xbox rewards

    Hello XtU Gritz,

    We schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are above this amount, you have been scheduled automatically for a deposit, and therefore do not need to request a deposit manually, so the button has been removed.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit events happened on the 28th of March, they will be in the mid-April deposit.

    Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. Once you reach 5,000, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to
    5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

    A problem with my account...still

    Hi Staalker. The current issue still does not have a resolution, and we are still receiving the deposit error when we attempt a deposit. Unfortunately, the Rewards program customer service team cannot manually deposit your Credits into your Microsoft account.
    We will need to reach out Microsoft Support to do that. We are escalating your case for a manual deposit.

    We only automatically deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. While you can request a scheduled deposit manually, you can only do so once you have 1000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you cannot currently receive a deposit.
