Please delete me from the insider program

2 days ago I sent the request that they take me out of the insider but I still have not received an answer

i was on the phone with xbox i can't play my games can you remove me from the program

If you did not enrol the console in the Xbox Insider program can you please install the Xbox Insider Hub app on the console. Once you have installed this app on the left can you select Setting > Manage Devices and you should be able to remove the console
from the Insider Program yourself.

Sorry to hear it. Are you in the Xbox Insiders program? If so please check the latest update info from the Insiders Hub. They have made note of this issue happening for those in the program
