    This will be the second post in reference to this. It has been more than 3 months since I first reported this concern with transferring my rewards points to my Xbox live profile. When doing so I continue to see the error "Your account needs
    updating
    to make a deposit!" I have updated this multiple times with no adjustment to the error message. I have allowed significant time for this error to be corrected and it has not. I would request that this issue be escalated or I will have to contact
    the BBB and file a complaint. I will continue to file complaints until this issue is rectified.

    Despite my information being correct I am still unable to receive my rewards deposit.

    Hi becherry. Unfortunately, there is not yet a resolution to the deposit issue you are having. The Payment Operations team is working on it. Once there is a fix, we will make a deposit to your account. Sorry for the inconveniences.
