    Please check to make sure im getting rewards for my recent purchases?


    Can you please make sure my purchases are getting rewards points? I noticed in the past 30 days or so I haven't been getting as many points as I would think for all my purchases. Mostly referring to my 10% back on purchases. Also I notice I don't get
    a rewards summary for my account emailed to me like usual, can you please check that as well? I had my email address changed a while back on my account and noticed it then.

  3. Xbox One: very very bad Xbox Live sign in and connectivity issues.

    I also started getting the issue from today. Exact message I am getting is " There was a problem, We couldnt sign you in. Try agian in a few minutes, or check your account by signining in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x87DD0019.

    I tried to check my recent activities in my account under "Security and Privacy" tab and "see my recent sign-ins". I could see someone trying to log in to my account from Columbia with below details:

    IP address

    190.252.225.134 Device/platform

    UnknownBrowser/app

    Unknown

    This might be the reason for this. I am not sure whom to contact to report this now.

    Please verify whether this has happened to you as well.

    Support will check on the email, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would bee too soon to see credits pending for November purchases.

    It would help to have an itemized list as I'm inquiring about October purchases as well. Thanks for looking into this.

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Therefore, you only had one eligible purchase in October that was Rewarded. As Smwutches says, we have not yet calculated MyVIP payback for the last month. We use the email you have associated with your Xbox account
    for sending statements. You can check this address by clicking on your avatar in the top right of the page, which will open up a drop down menu. Then, you can see your current contact settings by clicking on Xbox Settings>Contact Preferences through my profile
    on Xbox.com. However, keep in mind that we do not email account statements with every deposit. We have two deposit cycles at the middle and end of the month. Usually, the statement is sent with the mid-month deposit.

    Please contact a microsoft support agent on https://support.microsoft.com for help. Before so make sure you are signed into the right account and check your purchase history to make sure you did not spend them
    on anything. If you did spend them on something I am not sure they restore Microsoft rewards points, be careful what you click!
