I have no other way of contacting the enforcement team. I was given a 24-hour ban a few days ago for sending a message. There was no way to contest the ban and explain things so I let it go. Around 6am today, I was given another ban for the same exact
message which was already deleted. I have tried Twitter, contacting xbox live support, and calling to no avail. I cannot contest the ban because it is only 24-hours but it is a 2nd ban for the same exact message. Please, have mercy and review my account or
contact me. If I could post a screenshot to prove it and make it easy, I woul . Xbox is literally my only outlet in life and this, though small in some eyes, is really messing me up. Please.

Nobody on the forums or in support has jurisdiction over Enforcement issues. As stated the Enforcement team do not use the forum.

Whilst I can understand your frustration, how do you know it was for the same message. Messages can only be reported once. It is likely that one of these suspensions relate to an earlier violation. It can take sometime for the Enforcement team to suspend
an account.

Unfortunatly there is nothing we can do regarding enforcement action, as we in the forums do not have access to the systems to check. As enforcement team is not present in the forums the only way to contact them is via the enforcement website. As mentioned
by the others.

Unfortunately as much as we would like to help you and the many other gamers that have received 24 hr bans, we cannot. Xbox enforcement does not monitor the forums.

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6

As other's have stated:

Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. And since your suspension is not over 24 hours you can not use a case review on it. This is because usually a review will take some
time and it is likely the 24 hour ban will expire.

I would recommend not letting this get to you and wait it out by going for a run instead! Stay positive. Sometimes taking a break from gaming can help reinvigorate our love for the game!

You were given some bad information by support. The Enforcement Team does not monitor the forums and the only way to contact them is through the case review on an active suspension. However, bans of 24 hours or less are not eligible for a case review.
Your only option is to wait out the ban.
