Please see the Leaderboard for Forza 5, Long Beach Full Circuit. The #1 person ( [Mod Removed] ) shows up having run this race in 13 seconds. It is impossible. Further, it is incredulous that this player accomplished that feat in a Chevy
Nova SS.

The #2 racer completed the course in 1 minute, 23 seconds. It is impossible that anyone legitimately completed this race in 13 seconds.

It seems inappropriate that such an incredulous race-time bump-out other players on the Leaderboard for first-place. It took the #2 ranked racer 1 minute 10 seconds longer than the ranked #1 player. No way did that player complete this course in 13 seconds
driving a Chevy Nova SS.

I checked: there is no player found in a search of [Mod Removed].

Please investigate the possibility of cheating or error that shows this player completed this course in 13 seconds. If it is impossible, or a fiction, there is no place for this player on the Leaderboard.

First I wanted to mention that it is against the terms of use of the forums to name and shame another xbox user.

If you believe someone to be doing something against the terms of use or code of conduct of the Live service then you should use the dashboard reporting tools to report the user. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions provided.
The report will be sent to the PET to investigate.

As for the leaderboard you could also try contacting Turn 10 to see if it's a legitimate track time.

 

I disagree that it is shaming to report a gamer for completing the entire Long Beach course in Forza 5 in 3 seconds as cheating.

Is it impossible to shame a cheater who is on the Leaderboard for doing the impossible. He does not deserve to be listed on the top of the LeaderBoard for doing the impossible. If your suggestion of reporting this on the site had worked I would not have
been forced to do it in the forums.

After some 9 months, why do you not update here in the forum, the outcome of your review and report to PET: Just how did this gamer complete the Long Beach course in 3 seconds? If he is a cheater he does not deserve to be at the top of the LeaderBoard.
So prove that the LongBeach Coarse can truly be completed in 3 seconds, and then talk to me about shaming. I talked to MS CS and they told me to post it to the forums, and just how could I do that without naming the cheater. It is an impossibility to complete
that course in 3 seconds: so either tell us you verified it or admit that cheaters need to be shamed if MS will not take action.

 

The Truth is an absolute defense to accusations of liable or slander. The burden is on you and MS to prove it is possible to complete the Forza5 course in 3 seconds. It is impossible to "shame" a cheater. It is not liable or slander, therefore not shaming,
if the assertion is true. Therefore it is incumbent on you to prove the course can be run in 3 seconds, or retract your citation of MS TOS violation.

It is impossible to shame a cheater because by cheating he has shamed himself.

It is impossible to run the Forza5 Long Beach course in 13 seconds. Remove the cheater's name from the top of the leaderBoard or prove that he could have completed that course in 13 seconds.

 

It is violation of MS TOS to cheat. The gamer at the top of the Long Beach course in Forza 5 is shown as completing that course in 13 seconds. The #2 runner up completed the course in 1 min 23 seconds. It is an impossibility that anyone completed that
course in 13 seconds.

As for shaming cheaters, cheaters shame themselves. The Truth is an absolute defense to liable and slander, so before taking me on as violating MS TOS prove that course can be completed in 13 seconds, then do your worst. It is a violation of TOS to cheat,
and it disadvantages other players trying to level up when the leaderboard has been captured by a cheater.

No one has contacted me from MS about this matter, in 9 months which is long enough for MS to have ascertained whether I violated TOS. I reported this player numerous times via customer service because there is no option on the game to do it there. CS
told me to post it here therefore. So I was doing what MS CS told me to do.

It is not shaming to cite cheating. Show that it is actually possible to complete that course in 13 seconds, then send a complaint about me to TOS enforcement. Until then, the truth is an absolute defense to allegations of liable and slander and it is
impossible to shame a cheater. They shame themselves. But that earns them no right to claim the top of the leaderboard.

 

I reported another player to voo foo and MS. He has claimed the top of the leaderboard for Pure Poker, a voo foo game. His profile shows he played the Pure Poker game for 22 minutes, and now he stands at the top of the leaderboard. No action has been
taken to delete him from the top spot in the world leaderboard. However, MS has deleted his gamer achievements and the game has been deleted from his gamer history. Cheating is the only way that happens, yet Voo Foo Games still honors this cheater at the
top of the world leaderboard. I call that disgraceful and letting cheaters claim the leaderboard spot is a violation of all rules of fairness and sportsmanship.
