PLEASE can someone help me?!

I’m posting this here in pure desperation now, I’ve gone through every channel to try and get this resolved but to no avail. I have tried contacting the enforcement teams via the forums, customer support 7/8 times and no one can give me an answer.

My rep is currently at “Avoid Me” and this issue has been going on for over a month now. It’s showing that 17 people have left negative feedback on my account, I understand why, I got a bit mouthy during several heated games of GOW:UE when people weren’t playing
the game as they should (just going for kills during KOTH, but that’s a separate issue…). So I got hit with an “Avoid me status. Now, the only way to improve this is to play online without getting complaints. This isn’t possible though as the game won’t match
me with anyone. Not a single person. Its will just search for hours on end. Now I’ve been playing with some guys who have invited me into their games and it’s been a lot of fun but they are playing Gears less and I want to just get into games on my own again
when they are away. So I have managed to play online quite a few times for lenthy periods and not had any complaints yet my rep is still stuck at “avoid me”. Also for some reason, my rep has been switching to “good” for a day then right back to “avoid” without
me playing a single game. I have logged this with support many times and they don’t have an answer either.

I have posted many times on the Enforcement forums (as I was told to by support each time) and my posts don’t even get approved to be posted on there (bar one that didn’t address the problem at all). I have been on the phone to support tonight and they have
told me to post here. Even they are stumped as to what to do.

Please can someone look into this and tell me how to remedy it. I love Live but at the moment I am paying for a service that I am not getting and it just feels like a waste of money.

I understand that this is where trash talking will get you but I have learned a lesson and just want to be able to get on with playing games like I have done for many years.

explain the home console/digital sharing thing to me and where do i go in the settings to activate it

2 of my friends just recently got there X-1s and I was attempting to explain the concept to them but I wasnt sure what the hell I was talkin about

The enforcement team no longer use the forums. Instead they use a website where you can open a Case Review.

However, I don't think that option will be available with an Avoid Me rep.

Now, when you are in an Avoid Me status you can only be partnered with other players who are in an Avoid Me status. From what I understand you should be able to be partnered with others quite easily in the Battlefield series. You should also be able to
participate in friends online games so long as they invite you. Give that a try. So long as you play well and get good votes you should see your Avoid Me rep change.

Thanks for responding! Sadly this doesn't really help me, I can't open a case review, I don't play Battlefield (and I don't fancy buying and playing a game I'm not into).

As I said, I can play when I'm invited but the people I play with are moving on from the game now (GOW:UE) onto other games but i still want to play Gears. I've been invited in loads of games, played for hours and hours yet my rep isn't improving and it
does that thing that I mentioned where it is switching from "good" to "avoid me" and not touching any of the steps in between.

Anyone else have any ideas?

 

If Gears is you main game you want to play , I suggest you join some Gears forums and get people to add you and hit you up when they play...

Just checked my rep, it's gone back to "good player", that will switch itself back without me playing a single game...
