PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME DOWNLOAD FIFA 18!!!!

I have EA Access and I have been downloading FIFA 18 since 10am UK time today and my download is only at 14%. I have contacted Xbox Support and did everything they suggested (restored my xbox one s to factory settings and turned my
router/modem off for 6 mins) but nothing worked. Then they told me it was a problem on their end because my NAT type is OPEN and that I should keep checking their Xbox Live Status webpage to see if they fix the problem, if that fails wait 24 hours and try
again. So 1 hour later they fix the problem their end and I still have awful download speeds (between 0.9 and 2.6 MBPS). Its now nearly 11pm and my download has gotten nowhere near to finishing and I can't get in contact with Xbox Support anymore (keep getting
error messages when I try to online chat). So please can someone help me come up with a solution to my problem ??????

everytime when i try to buy fifa points it said that transaction didn't work and to please contact microsoft support.

i have had this problem always and im a streamer and i can buy and more fifa packs so i cant stream fifa

Not much anyone here can do.

It could be that E.A.'s servers are busy due to lot's of people trying to download the game at the same time.

It could be your broadband speed or your router.
