Please can I request a Xbox home switch

the home setting is for the home and not to go sharing games with others, if you have gone through 5 switches in a year then you have clearly abused the system and if a survey is not available then you will have to wait a year.

Hi, you are allowed a maximum of five home Xbox switches within the first year of the first of those switches.

There may be some circumstances where you can contact Xbox Support to request an additional home Xbox switch, though I can't guarantee they will do so. You can contact them at the following link: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

All you can do is wait on your limit to reset on its own. You should also change your password so your brother can't do that again.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with not being able to designate your console as the main home console anymore, there is only one method for trying to reset the switches other than just waiting a year. The method for requesting
a new console switch can be found through this link at the bottom of the page for
Home Xbox. If you are not able to request a reset for the home console switch, you will then have to wait a year for that to reset.
