MS going for quantity over quality

They put it on GamePass because you can't refund GamePass. You can refund a digital purchase of the game within 2 hours play time, which a lot of people would have done.Click to expand...

You need to contact Xbox Support for refunds, however there are tight rules around when you will get a refund.

They do specify at the point of purchase that all digital sales are final with no refunds. However for a game that was recently purchased and not played, you might be eligible.

No one here would be able to authorize that. You can try submitting a refund request to see if the refund specialists will allow it, but refunds are not guaranteed.

I recommend you contact Fortnite support, as they should give you a refund. Not sure if Xbox is allowed to give refunds of behalf of Fortnite.
