You can try requesting a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but typically once a code has been redeemed it can't be un-redeemed or transferred to another account.

• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
• Step 2 : Select See other options
• Step 3 : Select your Issue – game won't start
  • Select - Show contact options
  • Select – Call me back

Hello, nobody will call you from these forums. When you try to play the game what happens? Does and error code show up? Does the game just not start???
