Yes Microsoft do have the power to do it, but as they no longer support xbox originals games, then I highly doubt they will do this.

 

Hey mate! The game is already out on US and UK store and other regions as well,im just asking an update so we can purchase it here in Greece!

 

It is very doubtful that this would happen as support for the Xbox Original titles has ended as Stuart said above and won't update those titles or listings any longer. You would be better off trying to locate it on disc as that would probably be cheaper
anyway. There may also be other issues that prevent it from being released in the Greek market - government regulations, licensing, etc - but the main reason would be the dropping of further support for the Original titles.
