    I need assistance with my Xbox because I just got an Xbox and I had one like 5 years ago but it was stolen with my account logged on and my account i recovered but my Xbox wont let me sign into it though I do have internet so I made a new account thinking
    it was banned and now my new account i added a prepaid 1 month gold that came with the Xbox i added it, changed my username on the website of Microsoft and i thought it would change my name in game so that's why I did it and now I can't even log into my account
    on my Xbox and my first account "Michaelkite2" CAN log on but it doesn't let me like play because I need to agree to new terms of service but my mom made me the account so long ago she forgot HER email pass word and all the security question so i'm stuck between
    2 accounts, 1 with like 4k gamer score and 1 with 1 month live and I really don't mind losing the one with the gamer score I want the Xbox live so can someone please help me? First account is Michaelkite2, Issue is I don't know my mom's pass word and neither
    do I so I can't accept terms of service because its not 18+ and my current one I don't remember ign the problem is I can't log on because I redeemed Xbox 1 month gold and I can't log onto my email I used for it because I JUST remembered that i forgot the password
    to log onto it and I got a new phone I don't have the last one and my friend made me the email and I lost contact with him and I don't know the security question answers if there are any so I would like assistance as soon as you can thank you for your time.

    These offers that come with consoles can only be claimed ONCE. They will be offered during the initial setup but if the claim os skipped, it can be claimed from the settings and ANY account can claim it. Sadly if it was already claimed, youll need to locate the account that claimed it as these cant be claimed from multiple accounts and they cant be transferred. :(

    If you choose not to claim the offer, you will pose a risk of missing out on it.

    Support will check into it for you during the week. Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for the rewards program to update so if you just recently hit the 5 hour mark, it may not have been enough time to see the site update.
