Please assist in resetting my home xbox for xbox one

Sorry but there is no way to reset the amount of times you can set your Home console on the Xbox. If you have maxed out the 3 time limit in a year then you will need to wait until that year has completed before you can change it again.

You can change which console is your home Xbox up to Five times during a one-year period. This period works on a rolling
basis, starting the moment you change your home Xbox for the first time. For example, if you make your console your home Xbox for the first time on January 1st, and then change it two more times, on February 1st and March 1st, you will not be able to change
it again until January 1st of the following year. The next time you'll be able to change it after that will be on the following February 1st, and then again on March 1st. Please make a note of the dates when you change your console to your home Xbox so that
you'll know when you can change its designation again.

When you change home consoles, all device licenses for digital content will move to your new home Xbox. These device
licenses will no longer be available on your old "home" Xbox.

You can Have only one home Xbox at once. You can change it 5 times a year.

The Home setting on your account is limited to set 5 times per year. If you have maxed this out then I'm afraid you would need to wait until the anniversary of the first time it was set. For example, if you first set Home on Dec. 25, 2018 then you would
need to wait until Dec 25 to set it again.

However, Xbox does have an opportunity for only one additional switch per year. You can do this off the console by completing the survey. Please remember that this is a one time per year offer only and you must be showing as having 0 switches. Once
this has been used you will not be able to switch again until the actual renewal date.

You can check if you are eligible by going to Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox > Learn more. If you see a message saying "Need One More?" then you are eligible for one extra switch.
