    Please address some problems...


    I've been playing jigsaw for more than a year. In the beginning, "collections would not load". I attributed that to the slow speed of my ISP. I also had many issues with "Xbox ID", which I've solved by ignoring Xbox.

    Now to the problem at hand, long ago I purchased using the "gold" either Islands or Beaches, Microsoft took my gold but did not deliver the puzzles. I complained to no avail, since it did not cost actual money I did not concern myself very much. a couple
    of months ago I purchased, again with gold, American History which I did receive. Then about a month later it disappeared. Please return it!

    I also strongly object to Microsoft doling out my puzzles one by one. If you went to the grocery store and purchased a bag or assorted candy bars, and the cashier smiled sweetly opened the bag and handed you two, you would scream
    your head off. SAME DIFFERENCE ! ! ! When I purchase something I expect to use it all not parts.

    To avoid any ip address clashes (which will certainly cause problems) please set all of your devices to Obtain an ip address automatically from the router

    I get double nat

    Hello, this problem can be solved in two ways.

    1. This is hard for many people - set up a static IP address for XBOX and do port forwarding on all the necessary Xbox ports.

    The 2nd step is light and will usually solve this problem - contact your ISP and tell him that you need a public IP address to have Open NAT.

    He ought to please you. Some providers do this for free, some due to the lack of IP addresses, this has been charged.

    But with the transition to IPv6, there will be no problem.
