I got a new xbox, and I set my old one aside for guests to play. I was in the middle of a final game for a tournament, and my friend turned my old xbox on. That kicked me from my game and signed my account in on my old xbox. I have it set to automatically
sign in, but it should detect that I'm signed in elsewhere and ask if I want to sign out at the other location. By automatically doing that, it has caused me issues a few times. It seems simple that it should auto sign in if you aren't signed in elsewhere,
and ask you if you want to if you are signed in elsewhere. Please add this feature, it's really annoying.

auto sign into gold profile

There should be a setting to auto-sign-in.

To turn the auto sign-in feature on or off, follow these steps:

Sign in to Xbox LIVE.

Press the Guide button.

Move to the Settings blade, and then select Profile.

Select Auto Sign-in, and then make any changes that you want.

The auto sign-in setting is saved on your Xbox 360 Console but not in the profile on the Xbox LIVE servers. If you turn on the auto sign-in feature on your console, the setting is saved on your console, but you are not signed in automatically if you
use your profile on a different console.

Only one profile can have the auto sign-in feature turned on in one Xbox 360 console. If you have multiple profiles on one console, the auto sign-in feature for the first profile is automatically turned off when you turn on the auto sign-in feature for
a second profile.

no, they want to resell you those games. they could easily get this feature in, but they see dollar signs elsewhere. .

Is Profile Auto Sign-In set to ON ? Would you mind confirming that please?

Hey shadowsylis, did you recently add another profile to your console? Only one profile can have the auto sign in feature at a time. So if a friend or family member recently added his or her account and set it to auto sign in it switched yours off. Also
if you recently switched to a different console, you will not auto sign in.

As I haven't seen this before, I'm only spit-balling here; have you tried going into your profile and sign in settings and adjusting how you get signed in? I know that there are a few options, including auto-sign in upon powering on, auto-sign in upon Kinect
recognition, as well as options that require password confirmation for things. This could be your issue here.
