Please add a "ctrl-alt-del" function or an app kill function.

Title says it all. It's frustrating having to completely shut down the xbox because an app decides it's going to hang on for dear life, and not actually be working. This is an ongoing issue, primarily with games i.e. BF4. Yes, yes, I know the game has some
issues, but when it goes to a black screen and sits there, there is nothing to do but restart the console. So please for the love of all that's holy, add a feature so we can kill apps if they get out of hand.

CTRL-ALT-DEL Restart apparently did it. So ... 20th century.

 

Daily challenge stuck loading

I used the task manager to close the program by using alt+ctrl+del and end task. Whenever I try to go to daily challenges it gets stuck on the loading again and I repeat the alt+ctrl+del/end task process. I am using a toshiba laptop. When I uninstalled
the app I just go to the startup screen and right click the tile and select uninstall. Then restarted my computer, then went back into the store and found the app again (where it says I already own it so I can install).

 

Press the "start" Button and press quit?

 

In certain instances the only button that works is the explorer button. Changing to another app does not kill the issue app.

 

Oke1e, I think you misunderstood what SGT MacMillan was saying... When your game is stuck like that, hit the 'X Box' button to take you to the tiles. Once there, I assume BF will big the one in the big box. Highlight it, the. Hit the menu button (little
one on the right). A menu will come up whee you can quit the application.

 

I will try that. And yes I guess I did misunderstand his remark.
