    We see multiple Credit and deposit events over the last few years. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency
    from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your last deposit was completed successfully due to the efforts of our billable
    account team in December 27 2017. You currently even have Credits from your MyVIP payback for your purchases this year pending. As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount
    is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only.
    We do not handle Xbox Quests. You should try reaching out on the general Sales and Promotions forum for more specific assistance.

    if you are turning the game off before it has a chance to save the spot where you are, when you switch it back on it will restart the game again. You have to either let it auto save or do a maunal save, before switching your console off

    You aren't turning it off mid save or anything are you?

    If your Xbox 360 isn't saving your in-game data, your hard drive is most likely either full or damaged. Make sure the hard drive is connected properly, assure there is enough free space for the save, and then attempt to save again. If this does not work,
    you may need to replace the hard drive.

    Hmm..is there an option to actually save it while you're in the game on a level? Most games have an auto save feature at least.
