    For anyone who saying reply to email from customer support

    I have replied to the refund team to many times but every time they close my case and saying you are not eligible for refund can someone from Microsoft member if reading my post can do something
    about it


    and this is my story:
    it is real story what Microsoft destroyed all my family's life

    Hi Microsoft, i really do understand that you have

    Helped us receive refunds before and it really does mean

    A lot to us that you were able to help us out. However, now,

    Its a completely different story. My 7 year old son has spent

    Over £4,500 as im sure you are fully aware of. My family and i

    Do nor understand how he could take this much money from my

    Credit card it really did shock and destroy us all, all this money he spent

    Was out savings for 3 years straight! My wife and I worked so

    Hard to save all this up as we have been living in the same small

    House for years now and we really are struggling to save up and move out

    This has really had a massive impact on us as a family both physically and

    Emotionally. My relationship with my son has now been ruined we dont really

    Speak as often anymore and everything is falling apart just because of this £4500

    He spent WITHOUT permission from anyone in this family. We were completely

    Unaware of what he was doing otherwise we would have stopped him. We understand

    That you have given us refunds before, but we really need your help here

    We are begging you, this money is our entire lives and we cannot afford to lose it

    So please, please, please give us this one last refund and I sware to you, there will never be another request from me. I'm sure you all understand our massive problem here and are willing
    to give us this refund now, I hope. Once again, thank you for the past refunds and helping us out and we promise this is the last refund we are asking from you, please.

    Unfortunately we do not posses the tools to look into account here, what I suggest is reaching out to the financial institution to look into filing a fraud case to see what options are available. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

    The reason everyone is going to tell you to respond to customer service is because no one in the forums will be able to help with the problem your experiencing. You would either need to contact Xbox customer service or contact your financial institution regarding
    it.

  6. It sounds harsh but if you entered your credit/debit card details onto your 7 year olds Xbox account, you have left yourself wide open to this. You should of set it up as a child account, where you would have to authorise payments etc. The best advice is
    to contact your financial institution and file a fraud case as already stated.

    Your child can easily run up that debt by making in game micro-transactions. These as it states when being purchased, are non refundable.

    The forums are a great place to access knowledge but unfortunately nobody here can access the systems, for billing, account information etc.

    I'm sorry to hear that happened. Unfortunately our Live Support team no longer processes any refunds on the line or via chat support. Refunds are now only handled via our refund webform where a certain support team handles it.

    We do understand that your refund request has been reviewed by our team and at this time we are not able to refund your order. If you have questions about the decision please reply to the confirmation email sent to you as that is the only way
    to get back to our refund support team.

    Hi, sorry to hear of this issue you are having. With something this big, I think your only option is to contact Xbox support, and explain to them what has happened, and hopefully they will understand and refund you. support.xbox.com/contact-us
